How will I know that my order has been shipped?

After receiving this email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update. Please note that delivery dates are subject to change due to inclement weather or holidays.

Please note: If your personalized product was newly made, your order may be delayed. Only those items that have passed the quality control process can be shipped, as we set high standards and want to deliver you the perfect gift.
