II. Return and Refund Policy
Nobody's perfect. Although we constantly strive to provide the perfect service, mistakes can still happen. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will take care of it to ensure you have a worry-free experience.
Our “Right Action Guarantee” includes the following:
- If the prints or embroidery on the items in your order differ significantly from your final design, or if the items are incorrect, we will remake the faulty items for you or issue a full or partial refund upon request.
- If for any reason we are unable to reprint or embroider the items correctly, we will issue a refund for those items. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned items.
III. Cancellation Policy
If you inform us of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours of payment, no fees will apply.
If the notification time exceeds 24 hours, a cancellation fee of €20 per item will be charged. This is because the custom-made items are unique and made specifically for you, and production has already been planned. This fee covers the costs of material processing and manual labor.
IV. Information on reimbursement
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment account. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, and it may take another billing cycle for the refund to show on your statement.
V. Disclaimer
All sales become final 14 days after receipt of the goods.

We do not accept returns or refunds for blank products that have been processed or modified for resale. This policy applies to all items whose original condition has been altered.
