Because your personalized items are unique and made especially for you, a customization fee of $20 per item is included in your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will restock your order if it is not yet in production.

Please note that we begin production of personalized items immediately after receiving your order. If you wish to cancel the purchase of an item that is already in production, a restocking fee of $20 per item will apply.

All refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, less shipping and handling charges and any discounts on personalized items, unless the return was due to an incorrect delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please note that after receiving this email, it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, and it may take an additional billing cycle for the funds to show on your bank statement.
