If you have any special customization requests for your order, please leave a message in the order notes, such as font, color, mockup, logo, etc.

Because your personalized items are unique and made specifically for you, a customization fee of $20 per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will reclaim your order if it's not yet in production.

Please note, however, that we begin production of personalized items immediately after your order is placed. If you wish to cancel the purchase of an item that is already in production, a restocking fee of $20 per item will apply.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping charges and discounts on personalized items, unless the return was incorrectly shipped. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days after receiving this email for the funds to be available in your account, and it may take an additional billing cycle for the funds to appear on your statement.
